Is Oct-Nov a good time to visit?

i m interested in snorkelling, kayaking and rock climbing. Would 31 Oct (this weekend) be a good time to visit keeping weather in mind? Do you find this valuable?

Hey man... For this time snorkeling and kayaking activities you still can doit but for climbing im not really recomenden because raining sometimes in between 2 - 3 days
